Tevo service is bad

Took my high pressure washer Bennet Read to Tevo at the Cape Town Airport Industry to have repaired...First we waited mote then 30 Min at the gate for someone to respond ..we had to call them on the phone to open security gate ..The lady was not helpful ...no customer service knowledge ...I send email asking for quotation . The Quotation was the same as buying a new one ..So why bother taking products marketed by Tevo if they gonna charge R2100 for repair when new is R2899. I took to a guy who repaired it for R500
