Tevo service delivery

Tevo Wonderboom and head office does not understand the concept of good service delivery. We ordered Tough 60 vacuum parts from Wonderboom and almost 3 weeks later no one knows which is head or tails. Previously we ordered the wheels for the same machines and it took them 3 months to wake up after we called head office. We are running a business where we need the parts for 2 of the Bennet Read vacuums and they seem to have holiday the whole year long. When you call head office the calls get cut off. ***s poor service from TEVO.
