TEVO - Quality of Products/Items

To each and every customer out there, DONT BUUUY ANYTHING FROM TEVO. They are falsely advertising how they repair and refund, how products/items is bought on a 1 Year Warranty. They only bull****ting everybody!

The quality of their items is worst than China mall products !!! If one doesn't want to waste hard worked for money, DONT BUY ANYTHING from TEVO.

We bought a Drifta for my son 20 January 2019 for his birthday. He only drove it for like 5 times, then it didn't want to charged anymore. We took it back & had it replaced. After this he hardly used it, because the second one also didn't want to charge. We took it back in December 2019, because it was still under the 1 year warranty. No TEVO claims they only have a 6 months warranty.

Friends also bought their son the Drifta, same story. The Sales Consultant in GAME SECUNDA, tells us, its strange, there's never come-back on the product. ****, why would it coincidently happened to us and people we know & still be a good quality item. Nonsense, STOP SELLING your useless items/products to the whole of South Africa just to ***** the consumers money.
