TEVO quality and service the absolute worst

Bought the Bennett Read Hydro vacuum cleaner last year November, but July it was rendered entirely useless. Disgusting quality, warranty ONLY cover the engine not a single other functioning part of the vacuum, which break ridiculously easily. Tevo staff were rude and unhelpful when we ordered replacement part. When they replacement parts arrived they broke in the exact same manner without being used once!!! Spend thousands of rands to be able to clean my house the sum total of 16 times before this vacuum turned into a hunk of junk. AVOID PURCHASING ANY TEVO PRODUCT AT ALL COSTS, WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY.
