My name is Luzaan Smith and I stay in Worcester in the Western Cape.

In February 2022 my husband bought me the Bennett Read 23 Piece Supreme Strainer Set.

I started to use the set in April 2022.It work well at first but in May when I used my set regularly. The rubber by the knops started coming off then I thought oh well just put it on again.

After a while the knops started getting lose and sometimes while I am busy cooking the knops parts fall inside my food.

About two weeks ago while I was busy cooking, the lid just crack and the glass of the lid fell into my food and I am very disappointed because I called the Mountain Mill Game store in Worcester. The guy assist me over the phone was so nice Anele, he give me his Managers number Mr Ricardo Rademeyer.

Anele told me I should whatsapp his Manager and send a picture of the lid. I send Mr Rademeyer a whatsapp text with a voicenote and the picture he told me he will get back to me as soon as he gets hold of his Manager and It has been two weeks since I heard anything from Mr Rademeyer.

On the 4 September 2022 I thought I am going to send Mr Rademeyer a text because I am very upset because he has not contacted me.

I just want a solution for this problem because I don't want this to happen to any other clients of Tevo or the Bennett Read product.
