Tevo please help

Trying for several days to phone Tevo who are Bennett Reid agents but to no avail. I am constantly put on hold and have used so much air time. Once I got through to somebody but they put the phone down. I'm trying to find out where I can get a part for my pressure cooker and don't know where to turn next.
