Tevo parts and service delivery

I bought a nexx 4*4 radio control car for my son for Christmas. After a week of playing the pc board burned. I made contact with tevo bloemfontein via online email query and they contacted me. I ordered the parts and since then nobody got back to me again after various attempts from me to find out where my parts are.... No calls, no emails, no response, nothing. I'm very disappointed in the products and poor service delivery. I will NOT recommend tevo toe anyone.... As they can quickly take your money for the product, thereafter it's your problem....
