Tevo only wants your money, they do not have any customer service!!!!

I enquired about a battery for a zingo scooter, after I tried to phone many times ***,but NO ONE EVER ANSWERS A PHONE! I got an email reply from refilwe ratiba. I asked which battery i needed for the zingo x200, as i cannot find ONE SINGLE BATTERY ON YOUR WEBSITE, I ALSO DO NOT KNOW WHAT THIS BATTERY LOOKS LIKE! Refilwe sent a quote for one battery (so i assumed it was one big battery), i paid R400 for the battery and R160 for the courier. on arrival this morning, i saw that it is one small battery only! WHY WHY WHY would i get a quote for one battery, if you know that your product, the zingo x200 takes 2 batteries. So, now i must probably pay for another courier, because people do not actually have a clue what they are doing. no one answers phones, the website is a mess, how is the customer supposed to get anything done this way? this is such a disappointment, if i had known this, i would NEVER HAVE BOUGHT THAT FREAKIN SCOOTER!!!!!!
