Tevo NEXX rc bike remote factory fault.

In December I bought a NEXX rc super bike for my son. When we opened the box the remote top right button was broken. We were on holiday so I couldn't take it back immediately. After I got back I took the bike to Makro on the 9th of January and they booked it in for repairs. When I got the bike back the top right button was fixed but then the middle power button got stuck when you switch the remote on and it made funny noises. I took the bike back to Makro and booked it in yet again. A week later someone from Tevo phoned me and told me that upon assessment they discovered that there was a problem with all the remotes and if you don't push the button with care it will get stuck. The guy said he will send me a new remote with the old one and a letter that states that I can get a new remote at any time if something happens to the 2 that he sends with. On the 13th of April I picked up the bike at Makro. When I opened the package there was 2 remotes and the bike. The one remote was the old one and the other one was a used remote with scratches on it and a button that's stuck, NOT A NEW REMOTE AS PROMISED. Also there was no letter that guarantees me to get another remote if something happens to the the remotes they sent me. It's rediculous to pay R1000 for something that doesn't work 100% and that I bought in December, 4 months later and my son hasn't been able to play with it because of all the trouble we had with the remote. Im very disappointed with Tevo's quality and service.
