TEVO Nexx Nitro

I bought a remote control care from TEVO (Nexx Nitro) in 2019 for R1499. The car has been giving me problems from day 1 due to it not being charged and after less than 5 minutes, not working. I have returned it 3 times to date with the same issue. The 3rd time where was not even a charging cable attached.

I have had a phone call from their customer service shouting at me and saying its my fault for not telling them the problem with the unit, which i did on every occasion.

I then received a call relaying a message form the manager of the division saying that i must pay for the fix as it is now out of warranty even though it is the same problem form the time of purchase.
