TEVO Manager so RUde at GAME STORES

I bought a Bennett Read Iron at @GAME stores in Boksburg. Upon browsing for an iron, I wanted to go for Philips , but a TEVO representative convinced me to buy the Bennett Read Iron (R799). This was 25th May 5. On 27th August 2025, the Iron died, and I took it to Game Menlyn Mall . as Game Boksburg has closed/Moved . I asked to speak to someone, and a Tevo Manager came and speak to me. Here is the ISSUE: HE WAS VERY RUDE, HE TOLD ME HE WILL TAKE THE IRON for assesment and IT WILL TAKE UPTO 21 WORKING DAYS, AND AFTER THEN THEY WILL LET ME KNOW IF I qualiffy for refund or replacement of the iron , i asked him what will i be using in the meantime. He said he doesn't know, and he doesn't care, he told his colleague that he doesn't want to speak to me because I'm demanding the Impossible. i asked to speak to someone bigger than him; the game manager was more calm, he then came to me and shouted his Name ( MOHAMMED....) i dont rememeber the surname, as in saying go and report him he dont care. this MOhammed guy does not deserve the title of being a manager; he will bring down the brand of TEVO with that kind of attitude. He needs to go to conflict management class and must take a a chill pill so he can stop shouting at customers, hes RUDE.
