Tevo / Makro Washing machine

Absolutely shocking service!! Will never deal with them again. My washing machine door shattered due to a technical fault. They told me it was not covered by warranty so i need to pay. It has taken over 2 weeks to even get hold of someone to assist with the repair. I have now finally made payment and still no feedback from last week. The service is shocking, they do not answer emails or phone calls, virtually impossible to reach anyone at the office unless you wait over 30 minsutes on the call. Disgusting service!! Makro will sell a product and offer no after service!!
