TEVO MAGENTO XTREME TORCH, TEVO COME FETCH YOUR ****, YOU CAN HAVE IT BACK FOR FREE, PATHETIC SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PRODUCT

I sent the Tevo Magento Xtreme torch for repair in May 2023 after only having it for 5 months as the torch kept flicking and going dim even even fully charged. The only difference was the stickers pasted on the box but the torch was still faulty. I'm June I email Customer services and immediately got a apply that someone will make contact within 24 hours and if not I should tell them know. It's almost August and no one has called. R500 for a torch that doesn't work after 5 months. I might as well have bought one in China Town and had better results, TEVO COME FETCH YOUR ****, YOU CAN HAVE IT BACK FOR FREE, PATHETIC SERVICE AND HORRIBLE PRODUCT
