TEVO - LIES and Deception

I bought a Bennet and Reid vacuum cleaner from Makro and within 5 months the pipe had torn multiple times. Eventually at 5 months decided to go and claim a new pipe on warranty. At Makro I was referred to TEVO, and on arrival at Tevo I was told that the 2 year product warranty does not cover the accessories like the pipe. The salesman at Makro said that the pipe was indestructible while he twisted and bent and turned it, during my initial purchase demonstration. Dont believe a word they say. Its been a real hassle trying to get a new pipe and a year later, I still have no replacement. Dont buy unknown brands.
