Tevo is USELESS

I purchased a Bennett Read Whisper compact vacuum cleaner in Nov 2020. In May 2021, the vacuum cleaner nozzle broke. I have tried on 4 occasions to try and obtain a replacement nozzle with ZERO success. The factory shop in Jackal Creek couldn't help me. Calls to the National Call Centre and to the National Spares Replacment divisions couldn't help me. In March 2022 I received an email enquiring whether my query has been resolved and I rep**** to the sender Aymie Lee Ching that it hadn't. No response to my email reply has been forthcoming.
