TEVO Incompetence

Phoning this company is a nightmare. When you finally get through- you are told the mailbox is full. I travelled from Linden to their shop in Roodepoort where I was told the hose for my Bennett Read vacuum cleaner was out of stock. BUT!!they ordered one and I could collect it from my nearest PEP store within a week. That was 7 weeks ago. A good product like BR should find a more competent source for after sales service
