Tevo in Midrand. Bad, Bad Customer Service

This is the worst customer service experience I have had with any company. Tevo in Midrand. The pipe of my vacuum cleaner broke and needed a replacement. So you try and phone them waited for over 10 minutes with no person to speak to. I decided to drive to the Midrand branch only to be ignored by the receptionist while she is looking at her phone. Finally get to the sales office with the sales person busy talking to someone on the phone. Eventually get to explain my problem only to be met with "oh we do not make those anymore and we cannot help you". Nice so the design of their previous vacuum cleaner was so bad that they've changed the whole design. No effort to see if parts from another vacuum cleaner will fit. This was just a waste of time. I will most definitely not buy the Bennett Read brand again.
