Tevo / House & Home Roodepoort / Bennett Read Microwave total ******* disgusting service

I bought a Bennett Read 30L microwave from House and Home Roodepoort in March 2025. It retains water when using the microwave. I returned it to House and Home since it needed to be checked by Tevo / Bennett Read before they could do anything. Today I got a call from the technician who told me that he tested the microwave and "could not find any evidence that what I was saying is true" and in the same sentence tells me its normal for microwaves to retain water when heating / reheating and defrosting. He then goes on to lecture me on the use of a microwave! I have no confidence in this brand. Seems like they do not care about their non compliance with South African Consumer protection laws. Disappointed is not even the word!
