TEVO GOODS ARE NO GOOD!

Hello all. I've purchased Bennet Reed, Hydro Compact vacuum cleaner 4 months ago. It's been a headache since the day I got it. After having it a month, the reservoir cracked and leaked filthy water onto my floor. Again, 2 days ago, I returned it. The reservoir's material must be made of a really inferior plastic. While picking it up with one hand to add water to it, the plastic simply cracks on the top edges, and I see it cracking before my eyes. Really! The worst part is still yet to come. I usually add water to the reservoir slightly below the FILL LINE and when I switch the vacuum on, somehow, the garbage water gets forced up passing the PLASTIC SHIELD and through the motor and on my floor. It's been a living nightmare. I cannot deal with this vacuum anymore. It's causing me more misery than good. The repair number at Makro is: *** I'm currently using a backup Samsung vacuum cleaner which seems to be doing a way better job. I SERIOUSLY WANT A REFUND! I cannot do this anymore! Argh!!! Please investigate and remove me from this storm?!
