Tevo - Good customer service experience

A Tough Tevo vacuum cleaner failed within a year of my purchasing it and I returned the unit for warranty repair, but it was in the month of expiring! At first was asked to pay but then that decision overturned and I can collect my vacuum. I think that deserves five stars for customer satisfaction. Thank you Tevo.
