Tevo factory outlet Northmead square.Poor delivery service

I’m really unhappy with Tevo factory outlet in Benoni Northmead square. I bought a speaker in December however the charger is now not working. They said it has a 1 year warranty now that I complained about the charger they said it the charger is not on warranty. I have then asked to buy a charger and I’ve been given the run around for over 2 weeks as no one knows where they can order da charger or how much it costs.. this apaulling Service to say the least and i will never buy anything from Northmead Tevo factory outlet as they stuff always stops working this is not my first encounter having to return goods. The shop should honestly do better.
