Tevo dont honor warranties
Bought a Benneton one from Pick n Pay for R4100.00 10 months ago used the item 3 times -item is faulty was send in -but Tevo has the audacity not to honor the warranty -as according to them it was Tampered. Funny I used ONLY the Carpet wash function which was setup in the store -Nothing was tampered with -rather a poor product with no quality control -I will take it to the CPA as they dont honor which was part of the sale

17 May 2019, 15:03Tevo contacted me to resolve the issue as it was incorrectly handled by their staff -thanks to the Manager they offer me the warranty -Thank you Tevo for sorting this complaint out and honoring the warranty
