I do not think this company even deserves a star to be honest. People are not just complaining for the fun of it. I really had first hand experience with many of the staff and if I did not pick up the phone to find out what is going, I would have never been notified. People are rude and obnoxious.

Bought Bennet Read products before but rest assured, Never Again based on my experience I had.
