Fantastic service from start to finish! Refilwe R answered my web enquiry back in November and furnished me a quote for a new hose for my vacuum. The quote lapsed but she told me I could still use the quote and they would reinstate it. Paid on Wednesday and the part was delivered on Friday. I also appreciate the courier company they use for contacting me before sending the parcel out, no one does this anymore. Keep up the good work!
