Tevo, buyer beware

13 July 2022: emailed Tevo's PE Service Centre to order a replacement float valve for my Bennett Read Superchef 6.

18 March 2023: 8 months; 3 company representatives (including the National Service Administration Manager); and 18 emails later, and I still have no float valve and a +R1200 kitchen appliance that I might end up using as a flower pot.

Tevo seems efficient at taking a customer's money, but ***** the after sales service and customer's peace of mind. So much for supporting South African enterprise.

My preference would be a no-star rating.
