Tevo Burnett Read Pressure Washer

Extremely bad and unprofessional customer service. Stuck with my Burnett Read Pressure Washer with them after it got damaged from working for one week, badly affecting my business and the company doesn't seem to care much. No any form of communication from them, hard to find them and if you do find them they make promises they can't keep. I'm stuck. The machine had a guarantee. They have kept it for three weeks, and counting. I'm stuck and angry, don't know what next to do.
