TEVO Bennett Read Tough 10L wet & Dry vacuum poor filtration..just 46 days old and used only twice

I purchased a TEVO Bennett Read Tough 10L wet & Dry vacuum at Makro Springfield on the 17 June 2019 for R849.00.I used the vacuum twice,post 2 weeks of purchase, for not more than 20 minutes on each occasion and noticed that dust was blowing out and noisy motor.Due to work/time constraints,I only managed to pop into Makro on the 27 July 2019 to have the vacuum checked out by your store rep.I decided to not clean the filter prior to taking through,so that the rep may view the actual issue.The rep opened the vacuum,dusted the filter lightly and vacuumed the same loose dirt and noticed the same problem as I encountered and decided to send thru for further inspection. Now,your service centre reverts with a report to state that it’s due to my negligence that a brand new vacuum is attributed to this fault.How is it that your filter did not function effectively i.e as per design?Cmon now guys,with all your ‘’Hello Peter’’ complaints for the past 2 years that I’ve reviewed on this very same vacuum,am I to believe that I really faulted on your history of public complaints or is it your defective manufacturing? I’m not going to pay you R689.95 for a product that’s just over 46 days old and is under guarantee. To the Makro Care focal point:Your store should be reviewing dealing with service providers that sell defective products and have already a public reputation of poor products manufacture. I waited almost 6 months to research a good vacuum cleaner and TEVO was the choice from this research,only to be faced with this issue now.
