Tevo Bennett Read products

I bought a Bennett Read kettle which after a month stopped working. Returned it to the store which I bought it from hoping they would exchange it for a new one. Only to find out it's a Tevo product and that the kettle has to be booked in for repairs, which could take up to 21 days. Tevo should highlight their products so that customers can avoid purchasing them.
