TEVO/ Bennett Read in Gqbergha are awesome!!

I purchased a Bennett Read air fryer from Game in September 2022. The product is awesome however, the paint on the surface of the basket started peeling and the metal was rusting. I emailed TEVO about the issue in the and received a call from their consultant in Port Elizabeth, Lerato, that evening. She asked for photographs of the issue as well as the receipt and sent me her cell number so that I could Whatsapp her the photos. I did so the next day and she immediately sorted the issue asking me to bring the unit to their facility. I handed it in and Lerato personally came down to collect it and sorted out the issue. I was so impressed with her professional, friendly and efficient service. Thank you Lerato and Tevo. I will definitely purchase products from this company based on the service and assistance I received.
