Tevo (Bennett Read)

I purchased a Bennette Read Fusion vacuum cleaner on the 16 / 10/2019 and on 12/2/2020 returned it to Tevo because I had a problem with the foot piece. Unfortunately they said that the foot piece is not covered by the warrantee and was returned to me unrepaired. It now has failed permanently. I have contacted Tevo in Cape Town to purchase 3 new foot pieces so that I can keep some spares. I have now been told that they have no stock. I then gave the service manager Dinesh until yesterday an ultimatum on to either to repair the foot piece or replace the vacuum cleaner as it is still under warrantee. As I thought he read the mail but failed to contact me. Don't buy any Bennett read products or any other products from Tevo as their after sales service sucks.
