TEVO, Bennet Read and Game poor customer service

I am really unhappy with the service received from Bennet Read. I purchased a high Pressure hose system from Game stores with the intention of atleast receiving 3-5 years max life span. However only to realize problem after problem that these machines are poorly manufactured. The parts and attachments are not made strong enough to sustain the pressure that the machine outputs which in turn damages the attachments and the machine. The latest problem being that the soap was not dispensing. Only to be told on collection that was not the issue being repaired. It's dissapointing that I have issues now just passed month 7 of the machine. GAME, Tevo and their Representatives say according to the CPA I can only get a refund within 6 months. So on we have to go and carry on repairing if it breaks again until the Warrantee of a year stays in place.
