Tevo Bennet read

Unfortunately there is no zero stars available. I bought an upright vacuum, Bennet Read, about 2 years ago. The pipe in the foot of the vacuum gave up after a year. I have tried for the better part of another year to source the required parts, to no avail. I've phoned, whatsapp, calling the supervisor but total dead end. All they could say was that there is no stock (over a year). Am I supposed to throw away a R3000. 00 vacuum. Advice, if you can't back your product then don't sell it!
