Tevo: bad service, bad product

I purchased a Bennett Read vacuum cleaner from Makro Carnival end Of December last year. After five months machine kept cutting out so took it back. Was told that it would have to be repaired so it was sent to Tevo to be repaired. Had the machine back for two weeks when it started cutting out again. Sent back again and again it was “repaired” . Had it two weeks again when it happened again. Was told that it had to be sent back for a third time. I tried then to speak to someone at Tevo to ask for a refund as the machine is not functioning properly. Have been told three times over the last two days that someone would get back to me and I’m still waiting. The worst customer service I have ever experienced and the worst product I have ever bought. Would advise anyone not to ever buy any product from Tevo.
