TEVO BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
Worst customer service ever. Been trying for almost 3 weeks just to get some parts for my Bennett Read vacuum cleaner from them. No spares in the chain stores where we bought the machine. Tevo advised me on Messenger to email Refilwe which I did. Eventually got the correct quote from her. Made payment and now I do not get any reply from her to say that my parts are being couriered or not. Sent how many emails to no avail. Try phoning is even more time consuming as I held on for half an hour and just nothing happens. I need my parts asap or my money back...
