Tevo bad client service

The worst service ever received from a company Have a vacuum cleaner from the Bennet read line and needed filters been told at Game the Force 8 vacuum cleaner has been discontinued and they do not carry spares. I need to contact the spares department at Tevo and what a jike that is to get through to them is no good. Finally after week of calls and then Facebook post I got a call and the lady on the line says they have stock I just need to pay for the filters and I can get it. Then called back to be told there is no stock and I will need to call back after a week to see if there was stock. Two days later I called I was told there is stock and I got a quote and paid for the filters and was told will be at the Game in Empangeni after the 5the July .So I called the Game and spoke to the Tevo agent he knows nothing about my filters no package. Tried calling the Tevo office again today most of the day just the computer talking no answer what a *** system to have no human answering the phone.
