Tevo and their **** service.

Not even 1 star worth, i bought a vacuum cleaner from game brits mall last year, the vacuum stopped working, so i sent it in, it has 1 year warranty at game and a year warranty at tevo. Apparently they sent a qoute saying what is wrong and that i have to pay for it getting fixed BUT IT IS UNDER WARRANTY. I can't comprehend how they think a warranty works.. I paid R1800 for it!!! So i guess a warranty only works when something does not break??? Or the warranty only covers this or that when it needs to be fixed, not 1 time when i bought the vacuum did anyone phone me or talked to me at the store telling me only this or that is covered in the warranty. I must give a big thank you to nana at game brits mall he is always willing to help and very friendly he is a good manager, but head office is a different story. I will not be paying to get this vacuum fixed, it is under warranty and if this is the case i want my money back.
