TEVO - AN ODE TO FRUSTRATION

I have been trying to contact Tevo for days now as i need a new part (floor brush) for my Bennet *****th 800w vacuum cleaner. I have tried their automate service, I have tried their call Centre, I have tried "speaking to a human". Nothing seems to work. I cant get a response from any avenue. I am beyond frustrated. I love my Bennett Vacuum but I am going to have to go buy a new one if I cant get hold of anyone to replace the broken part....and ill tell you this much, despite the fact i love my vacuum...it wont be a Bennet. In fact I wont buy any Bennet product again!
