Terrible service - no feedback on parts

I purchased a Bennet Reed Hydro vacuum and have been trying for two months to obtain a spare hose and floor part. At each call I have been told they are unsure if they have stock but will call me back to advise. NO ONE CALLED BACK TO DATE AND IT IS 2 MONTHS SINCE I HAVE BEEN FIRST IN TOUCH. I have made several calls since January 2022, with no luck. I am unable to obtain these parts anywhere else as Bennet Reed is the only stockiest
