Terrible product - Bennett Vacuum Cleaner

Hi,this is with great concern that I write this message.I bought this product from GAME,The salesman promised me that its the best vacuum cleaner.I took his word and bought one.7 months later the motor packed up,went to GAME and with big hassle and fighting I got it exchanged for a new one.Today thew new one I got is 9 month old today.We don't use it everyday and now the motor packed up again.I want answers and I want an exchange or my money back.I am tired of people getting away with products and we as the consumers has to struggle.I want answers and I want someone to phone me regarding this matter.I will go further with this matter if it does not get resolved.I cant exchange it at the GAME I bought it from because I have now moved from Nelspruit to Mossel Bay.
