Terrible Product!

Hi Guys,

I bought a vacuum cleaner from Game Stores Mall Of Africa June 2016, it went in for repairs September of 2016 and now again its doing the exact same thing, I want to know what the guarantee is on this product?

I paid R500.00 for the machine, I don’t see the point if have to pay more than this for a repair, if that’s the case I would just rather buy a new one, I am disappointed in this product to say the least and if I could I would return it and get my money back…….R500 is R500….. especially when you paid for something that is now worth R0.00!!

I had a ottimo that last me 10 years, and when I decided to upgrade I thought I was getting the best, boy was I fooled! Your product is of the lowest quality that I have ever seen! I am not cleaning industrial waste, its just a normal house, and for it to be giving me soooo many issues is not what I signed up for!
