Terrible After Sales Service!!!!!!!

I will honestly never buy an appliance from Makro/Tevo again! Received the worst service with regards to a Bennet Read vacuum cleaner from Makro Cape Gate. Bought it a year ago, broke literally just after a year. Luckily it has 2 year warranty (I only buy 2 year warranty's now as everything seems to break just outside of the 1 year warranty these days) So I take it in to be repaired. 2 Weeks later, they sent an sms saying that I need to collect a credit. Ok, so they couldn't fix it. Would have been good to know earlier. Already 2 weeks without a vacuum but hey, at least they are giving me a credit. Only to get there, stood in the queue for 15 minutes mind you, to be told I need to bring all the attachments. After a year. I have no clue where any of them are but I go home and try to find as many as possible. Get ALL the way back to Makro Cape Gate, only to be told again that there is one attachment missing and they cannot issue a credit. Makro refuses as the warranty is with Tevo, Tevo refuses to sign off, as they want all the attachments for whatever glorious reason only they are privvy to. Long story short, after watching the employees argue amongst themselves for 20 minutes and a few choice words of my own towards themselves, a manager appeared from somewhere and told me they would replace the machine. Great! Only problem is, the same warranty applies. So I have a new machine but I do not get another 2 year warranty? Better hope it doesn't break just outside the next year as I will likely have a complete mental breakdown and go shove it somewhere the sun doesn't shine!
