Takealot - Bennet Read Bad Service

I bought an Digital Iron via Takealot. The Iron just decided not to turn on when pressing the digital button, which means I cannot use the iron cause if the button doesn't work the iron wont work. I have log a return request via Takealot for the iron to be returned and exchanged. To date no contact from Takealot which am not to sure why. I paid a lot of money for that iron not to be working. The iron is under warranty, so why service is rendered for the pick up of the iron?
