Substandard Appliance - Bennett Read Hydro-Vacuum

I purchased a Bennett Read Hydro-Vacuum cleaner less than a year ago and have had endless issues with it. I reached out to their customer service in writing a few weeks ago and have still to get a response from them. One struggles to get filters, parts etc and the quality of this product has been completely substandard - seems so is there AFTER SALE SERVICE....
