Stay far away from TEVO & Bennett Read products!

Dealing with TEVO is not even worth 1 Star! I bought a cold pressed Bennett Read Juice end August 2020. Not even 2 month after using, the machine started giving problems. It wouldn't juice properly and the pulp got stuck in rotating blades instead of it being eliminated as a usual juicer would do. I took it back to GAME, where I was advised it will be sent for repairs. This was shocking as a 2month old machine is giving problems already and they refuse to give me a new one or a refund. Anyway, I comp****, sent it for repairs. Used the machine again... and the pulp got stuck, I used the reverse button; and then machine blew out completely. Back for repairs. Still they refuse to replace or refund. I got the machine back and tried to use it and it wouldn't even switch on. I am taking it back for repairs ONLY I don't want another repair!!!! If I cannot get a refund - at least I want a new machine as this is ridiculous! The after sales service is the worst I have ever experienced! They refuse to make contact with you, they refuse to listen to you And they are just downright the worst company I ever dealt with. My machine is 6 months old. Was 'repaired' twice already! and now going in for a 3rd time. No one should buy these inferior products and ********** lack of customer care. Be warned
