Stay away from any Bennet Read Iron.

I have never in my life experienced service like this... I bought a 2200w Bennet Read steam iron last September. 9/9/2021. It stopped heating in November 2021 and I took it back to exchange it for a new one. Which they did. Then in January 2022 the new one stopped heating and I had to return it again. This time however they requested that it be sent back to the workshop for repairs. I waited nearly 3 weeks and got it back the first week of April 2022. It went on and started heating up, but when water gets poured into the tank it leaked out around the power cord!!! I returned it for a refund today but was told that I have to book it in yet again. So another 2 weeks!! This is not acceptable at all. The iron was bought at Game in Key West shopping centre in krugersdorp.
