Spare Part Delivery

On the 20th July 2017 I sent an email re two AEG Ergorapido Vacuum Cleaners to Electrolux. These vacuum cleaner battery packs had died within two years of purchase. After many emails back and forth, Electrolux promised to supply new battery packs for the machines and have them sent to their designated service provider to have them fitted. I have been dealing with a certain Pieter Pretorius who after 6 months, 43 emails and countless telephone calls, has still not dispatched the battery packs. What utterly shocking service on the part of Electrolux.
