Something fishy?

On 31 January, I've contacted Electrolux requesting warranty repaid fora faulty vacuum cleaner. Despite of clearly indicated where I resided, I was send to a repairer 25 km from my home. After my arrival, the authorized repaired refused to accept the appliance, claiming Electrolux has been in areas for months and he no longer accepts warranty repairs. I have contacted Electrolux, Christo Engelbrecht managed to convince the repairer to accept the device. One week latter, I got a call from the repairer, claiming the motor has burned out and since Electrolux only pays him R80 for each warranty repair, repair would not be economical for him. I contacted Christo, who promised to deliver a new vacuum cleaner to me. Two weeks have passed, and Christo has simply been ignoring my emails, needless to say no vacuum cleaner has been delivered to me.
