Shocking service

I have been calling Electrolux on a regular basis since December 2014 to repair my microwave, when the repairman finally came he said nothing was wrong, when my microwave was NOT working, finally after many calls he came again, then he said he needs to get parts. I have called him numerous times but he still never comes. I have lost count how many times I have called over the past 3 months. The microwave is still under warranty
