Shocking product that never lasts with limited warranties provided

To all reading this, please DO NOT purchase any Bennet Read or Tevo related products. Shocking products that do not last longer than a year. I have purchased a vacuum cleaner and handheld vacuum cleaner. The company makes money on spare parts due to the short warranty period. Example - my handheld required a new battery charger as it stopped charging. This cost a few hundred rand. Six months later...same issue. I contacted the service centre only to realize they offer ONLY 3 months warranty on parts or work done. Absolutely shocking and not industry norm. STAY AWAY!!! I have learnt my lesson twice. Please be sure not to make the same mistake.
