Shocking after sales service!

Shame on you, Electrolux! I sent you an email on the 9th May 2018, with pictures, of a broken part of my Electrolux vacuum cleaner. I am aware the model has been discontinued but was absolutely certain the same part from another, similar model would fit. You do not even bother to reply to my email - let alone try and help me. The saying is correct. "Nothing sucks like Electrolux". Your after sales service is shocking.
